Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years' experience in payroll management or payroll operations in the Philippines.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labour laws, tax regulations, and government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Proficiency in payroll software systems and Microsoft Excel with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent mathematical and computational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing data collection and entry; updates records by reviewing changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions.
• Prepares reports by summarizing earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
• Balances payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
