AECOM is seeking a Specialist I, P&T, Payroll (Middle East) to support day-to-day payroll services for the Middle East region in a hybrid work setup in the Philippines. The role involves processing payroll, HR systems activities, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of payroll experience, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with ME payroll systems such as SAPience, Empower/Easy Pay, ADP, GlobalView, Celegro, Workday, or Oracle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of payroll experience required.
• Experience processing Middle East region payroll preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day payroll services for the Middle East region.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, salary disbursements, and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiries.
• Assist with payroll audits and process improvements.
• Support induction of new staff on payroll forms and processes.
• Keep up-to-date with payroll legislation and system updates.
