Focusinc Group Corp. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting HR and compliance functions. You will review timekeeping, process payroll, track overtime, maintain records, and prepare HR and payroll reports.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to coordinate with Directors, HR, Finance, and payroll providers. The role requires working with confidential information, strong communication skills, and willingness to work onsite with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 6 months payroll experience, preferably supporting US-based employees or organizations.
• Working knowledge of US payroll processes, including payroll processing, timekeeping, overtime, deductions and tax requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to prepare and analyze reports.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll and maintain weekly verification from Directors for timely payroll.
• Review misses punches and escalate discrepancies to HR management.
• Maintain employee records, assist with benefits and tax requirements, and prepare payroll reports.
• Ensure compliance with attendance policies and issue disciplinary notices as needed.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and payroll providers for GL codes and deductions.
