Qualifications

• 2–5 years in payroll or payments operations, AP, or HR/finance operations.
• Experience supporting international payroll or multi-country processes.
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, lookups).
• Experience with payroll, payments, or ERP/financial systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll & payment processing across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external providers and internal teams for accurate processing.
• Review inputs: hours, rates, deductions, bonuses, invoices, terminations.
• Process contractor payouts weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
• Validate amounts, currencies, and payment methods.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, delays, and failed transactions.
• Reconcile payroll records against invoices and timesheets.
• Maintain accurate payroll and worker records.
• Support audits, month-end close, and reporting.
• Maintain payment logs and audit trails.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle changes affecting payroll.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems and third-party platforms.
• Support EOR/AOR arrangements and global workforce administration.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and external providers to resolve issues.
• Communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with process documentation and system improvements.
