Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in SAP.
• Managing of government and other company benefits.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Generate payroll reports and perform payroll reconciliations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze payroll data, prepare reports, and support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate employee and payroll information.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar payroll role handling end-to-end payroll
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience using SAP for payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and payroll best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Experience in payroll process automation or implementing workflow improvements is highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
