You will review inputs, process payroll, and maintain confidential records while supporting audits and reporting. The ideal candidate has extensive payroll experience and proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel, plus clear communication skills.

Formación

• Five+ years of hands-on payroll experience.
• At least two years of BPO experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule in line with company procedures.
• Review timesheets, attendance, leave, and deductions for accuracy.
• Calculate gross-to-net pay and verify payroll reports before approval.
• Maintain payroll records and handle confidential documents.
• Reconcile payroll reports and assist with payroll journal entries.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other teams to resolve payroll issues.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documents for audits.
• Help improve payroll procedures and document processes.

Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to support accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate has strong payroll experience, is comfortable working with accounting software and spreadsheets, and communicates clearly with employees, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule, following company procedures and applicable requirements.
• Review timesheets, attendance, leave, allowances, deductions, and other payroll inputs for accuracy.
• Calculate gross-to-net pay and check payroll reports before submission for approval.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and handle payroll-related documents confidentially.
• Reconcile payroll reports and assist with payroll journal entries and accounting records.
• Respond to payroll questions and investigate discrepancies in a professional, timely manner.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other teams to resolve missing or incorrect payroll information.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documents for management, audits, and external advisers.
• Help improve payroll procedures and maintain clear process documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least five years of hands-on payroll experience.
• At least two years of BPO experience.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to meet recurring deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
