Job summary

Offsure Global Outsourcing INC. in Clark, Pampanga, is seeking an experienced payroll professional to handle weekly payroll processes and related financial tasks.

You will manage end-to-end payroll, perform data analysis, and maintain the Microkeeper system, ensuring accurate P&L estimation and timely invoice processing. The role requires 4-5 years of payroll experience, familiarity with payroll software (MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, ADP is a plus), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of payroll experience.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Experience with payroll software is an advantage but not required.
• Must have Australian Payroll Management experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Excel skills and well-organized with planning ability.
• Positive, can-do attitude; reliable and self-motivated.

Work Arrangement: Office-based (Clark, Pampanga)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Preparation of weekly payroll, including bank uploads and overtime reporting.
• Data Analysis of all payroll-related matters.
• Management of the microkeeper system, including employee setup and maintenance.
• Estimation of weekly P&L
• Assist in the preparation of financials, journals, hire purchases, and depreciation.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Uploading of sundry invoices
• Send to the appropriate receiver and action email. Categorize in your category color so it is marked attended to.
