Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on payroll experience.
• At least two years of BPO experience.
• Proficient with QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English; clear professional communication.
• Detail-oriented with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Good organization and time management; meets deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review timesheets, attendance, leave, allowances, deductions.
• Calculate gross-to-net pay and verify payroll reports.
• Maintain payroll records and confidential documents.
• Reconcile payroll reports and assist with journal entries.
• Respond to payroll questions and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other teams.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documents for audits.
• Help improve payroll procedures and document processes.
