Job summary

MangoJob is seeking a HR Recruitment Specialist in Metro Manila to handle payroll processing responsibilities and ensure timely, accurate statutory deductions. The ideal candidate will coordinate with HR and employees, maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements include a college level or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, 2–3 years payroll experience, and strong Excel skills; familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG is a plus.

• 2–3 years of payroll processing experience preferred.
• Payroll processing experience and strong numerical accuracy.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll, withholding tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll or HR systems.
• Able to meet strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities
