Job summary

Offsure in Clark, Pampanga is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly payroll, bank uploads, and overtime reporting. You will analyze payroll data, maintain the Microkeeper system, and assist in financials preparation, including journals and depreciation.

The role requires 4–5 years of payroll experience, familiarity with payroll software is a plus, and strong communication and Excel skills. Office-based, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of payroll experience.
• End-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll software is an advantage but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Excel skills.
• Well organized with the ability to plan.
• Positive and has a "can-do attitude".

• Send to the appropriate receiver and action email. Categorize in your category color so it is marked attended to.
