The role involves maintaining payroll records, preparing worksheets for processing, and ensuring accurate deductions and government contributions within the Philippines.
1. Collect, verify, and process employee attendance records from biometric devices to ensure accurate computation of salaries, including holiday pay, overtime, night differential, late, undertime, and other payroll adjustments.
2. Prepare payroll worksheets and validate payroll computations before submission for payroll processing.
3. Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salary rates, deductions, leave balances, employment dates, mandatory contributions, and bank account information.
4. Prepare annual payroll computations such as 13th Month Pay, leave conversion, and other year-end payroll requirements.
5. Prepare and validate overtime worksheets and payroll adjustments for eligible employees.
6. Facilitate employee payroll bank account enrollment and coordinate ATM account creation with partner banks.
7. Monitor and maintain biometric attendance devices, coordinate troubleshooting, and ensure the accuracy of attendance records.
8. Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential payroll records and supporting documents in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
9. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, salaries, deductions, benefits, and payslips in a timely and professional manner.
1. Prepare summaries of government benefits, generate billing statements for mandatory government contributions, and submit reports to the Head Office.
2. Process and monitor mandatory government contributions, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and applicable employee loan remittances.
3. Assist employees in processing government benefit claims, including maternity, sickness, reimbursement, and other statutory benefits.
4. Prepare, verify, and submit supporting documents for government benefit claims, including sickness notifications, maternity benefits, reimbursements, and other statutory claims.
5. Monitor the status of employee benefit claims and coordinate with government agencies until reimbursement or benefit claims are successfully processed and released.
6. Ensure timely uploading of mandatory contribution payments through the eGov system and other applicable government portals.
7. Verify and ensure accurate payroll deductions for government loans and other authorized deductions.
1. Prepare billing statements and payroll-related reports for jobsites and ensure timely submission.
2. Conduct payroll audits and validate payroll computations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
3. Coordinate payroll deduction details with jobsite payroll personnel to ensure consistency and accuracy.
4. Compute final pay for resigned, terminated, and separated employees in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
5. Process employee clearance requirements and coordinate with concerned departments before final pay release.
6. Process requests and issuance of Certificates of Employment (COE) within the prescribed turnaround time.
7. Facilitate employee TIN applications and assist in maintaining accurate tax-related employee records.
8. Coordinate the completion and signing of BIR Form 2316 and other payroll-related tax documents.
9. Process employee burial assistance applications, verify eligibility, compute the appropriate assistance amount, and facilitate timely release in accordance with company policy.
10. Address payroll- and benefits-related employee concerns while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
1. Prepare, validate, and submit Work Accident and Illness Reports within prescribed reporting periods.
2. Prepare and submit the Annual 13th Month Pay Report in compliance with labor regulations.
3. Prepare, validate, and submit the Annual Medical Report and other government-mandated reports.
4. Ensure timely submission of statutory reports to DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and other government agencies as required.
5. Maintain complete, organized, confidential, and audit-ready records of all payroll, government reports, statutory documents, and regulatory acknowledgments.
6. Monitor compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies related to payroll and statutory benefits.
