Review employee attendance, timekeeping, overtime, undertime, leaves, holidays, and rest day work.
Compute salaries, allowances, incentives, commissions, deductions, and final pay.
Ensure accurate processing of payroll adjustments, salary increases, and payroll corrections.
Generate payroll reports for management and Finance.
Coordinate payroll release and address payroll-related concerns.
Maintain employee salary records and compensation data.
Process salary adjustments, promotions, and merit increases.
Monitor compensation structures and ensure alignment with company policies.
Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
Administer company benefits such as leave credits, HMO, insurance, and other employee benefit programs.
Process employee benefit enrollments, updates, and claims.
Monitor employee leave balances and benefit eligibility.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
Process and monitor mandatory government contributions and remittances, including:
SSS
PhilHealth
Pag-IBIG Fund
BIR (Withholding Tax)
Prepare and submit government reports within prescribed deadlines.
Process employee loans, maternity, sickness, disability, retirement, and other government benefit claims.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
Monitor employee attendance records and timekeeping systems.
Verify daily time records (DTR), biometric logs, and attendance discrepancies.
Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance concerns.
Maintain accurate attendance reports.
Maintain accurate payroll, compensation, and benefits records.
Ensure confidentiality of employee compensation and payroll information.
Organize and update employee compensation files and government documentation.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, salary, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
Explain payroll computations and government contributions.
Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and benefit concerns.
Prepare payroll summaries and compensation reports.
Generate reports on overtime, absenteeism, leave utilization, and labor costs.
Assist management in compensation budgeting and workforce planning.
Ensure payroll and benefits processes comply with company policies and internal controls.
Maintain payroll confidentiality and data security.
Assist during internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.
Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
Recommend improvements to payroll and benefits processes.
Perform other related duties assigned by the HR Supervisor or HR Manager.
