Job summary

Manulife is seeking a PAD and Payroll Specialist to join the Insurance Operations team in Manila. You will build, run, quality-check, and upload payroll and PAD files for direct premium collection, and resolve client inquiries.

Responsibilities include setting up payroll runs, supervising PAD data, documenting processes, and representing the team in client meetings. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with internal-hire standards in place.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in the financial industry, especially Group Benefits.
• Prior experience in a payroll environment or handling payroll files.
• Good Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll files: set up, schedule, quality-check, and send to clients.
• Manage PAD files: identify members, build PAD file, upload to treasury system, answer inquiries.
• Document custom payroll and PAD processes for assigned clients.
• Attend client meetings as subject-matter expert for payroll and PAD files.
