Job summary

Manulife is seeking a PAD and Payroll Specialist to join the Insurance Operations team. The role involves building, running, quality-checking, and uploading payroll and pre-authorized debit (PAD) files for client premium collections. You will handle inquiries, document processes, and participate in client meetings as the payroll/PAD expert.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in the financial industry and specifically Group Benefits.
• Prior experience in a payroll environment or working with payroll files.
• Good excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, quality check, and upload payroll files for clients.
• Build and upload pre-authorized debit (PAD) files for client premiums.
• Answer inquiries about payroll and PAD files.
• Document the custom processes for payroll and PAD (PAD) for your assigned clients.
• Attend meetings with clients as the subject-matter expert for their payroll and PAD files
