Qualifications

• Experience in the financial industry and group benefits.
• Experience in a payroll environment or working with payroll files.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll files: set up the system, schedule runs, quality-check, send to client, answer inquiries.
• Manage PAD files: run queries, build PAD file, upload to treasury, answer inquiries.
• Document custom payroll and PAD processes for assigned clients.
• Attend client meetings as subject-matter expert for payroll and PAD files.
