Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in payroll, data entry or customer service.
• Strong communication and data entry skills; able to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit worked hours; post to payroll systems; update vacation and personal time biweekly.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll cycle deadlines and data integrity across systems and spreadsheets.
• Prepare reports for leadership; respond to payroll inquiries from staff, HR and management.
• Assist leadership/HR with historical payroll information and time-off requests.
• Provide clear support on payroll policies and procedures; escalate issues as needed.
