Job summary

RC Low Human Resource Consultancy OPC is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across multiple sites in the Philippines. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain data integrity, and assist with compliance to payroll policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include managing timecards, running payroll reports, calculating wages, deductions, and bonuses, and coordinating with HR and Finance for accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; 1–3 years payroll-related experience preferred.
• Experience using Excel or spreadsheet tools.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage employee timecards, unallocated hours, and meal period violations.
• Track mileage and run payroll-related reports.
• Prepare paysheets and process payroll transactions (salary, overtime, bonuses, adjustments).
• Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, and commissions.
• Ensure payroll compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
• Handle payroll discrepancies and employee payroll inquiries.
• Support payroll tax processing (Social Security, Medicare, unemployment taxes, etc.).
• Maintain payroll tax registrations across different jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll accuracy and reporting.
• Respond to tax notices and resolve payroll-related agency concerns.
• Prepare reports for management and support payroll data analysis.
