Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• At least 5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing for Philippines, India, and Australia/New Zealand.
• Validate payroll details in SuccessFactors and payroll systems; resolve discrepancies.
• Check and consolidate variable reports or timekeeping details.
• Handle salary overpayment processes and corrections.
• Prepare and maintain payroll records, calendars, and reports.
• Assist in data gathering, reconciliation, and documentation for payroll projects.
