Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll processing in collaboration with HR, Accounting, Treasury, and external service providers in the Philippines. You will ensure accuracy of salaries, payroll records, and regulatory compliance while supporting system upgrades and data migrations.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management and at least 3 years’ payroll experience in a high-volume environment, with strong Excel skills
The Payroll Analyst will play a key role in end-to-end payroll processing in collaboration with HR, Accounting, Treasury, external payroll service provider, management, employees, and other stakeholders. The analyst will process and support payroll to ensure accuracy of salaries, HR and Payroll records, and compliance with rules & regulations, and will participate in special projects such as the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and integrations.
