Job summary

CASI, a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is seeking a Payroll Systems Support Administrator in Metro Manila. You will provide functional and operational support for Dayforce HCM and other payroll systems, resolving issues and maintaining employee data while partnering with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT.

The role requires 5+ years in payroll system support, certifications preferred, and a willingness to work 10:00 PM–7:00 AM Philippine Time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Payroll Administration Certification preferred, or HR, IS, Business Administration or Accounting.
• 5+ years experience supporting Payroll Systems, Dayforce preferred.
• Experience in shared services or help desk environments.
