Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management is required.
• 5+ years of working experience in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Philippine, India and Australia/New Zealand end-to-end payroll processing via external payroll service provider.
• Validate the payroll details in SuccessFactors and Payroll systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Check and consolidate variable reports or time keeping details.
• Perform payroll activities related to salary overpayment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records, calendars, and reports.
• Consolidate and update issues log for process improvements.
• Assist in data gathering, reconciliation and documentation for payroll project initiatives such as outsourcing of payroll services.
