Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll processing in collaboration with HR, Accounting, Treasury, and external service providers in the Philippines. You will ensure accuracy of salaries, payroll records, and regulatory compliance while supporting system upgrades and data migrations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management and at least 3 years’ payroll experience in a high-volume environment, with strong Excel skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management required.
• At least 3 years of working experience in payroll or related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for multiple regions via external provider.
• Validate payroll data in payroll systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Consolidate variable reports and timekeeping details.
• Perform payroll activities related to salary overpayments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
• Maintain issues log for process improvements.
• Support payroll projects such as data migration and vendor coordination.
