Job summary

You will work with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of payroll and related reporting. The position requires end-to-end payroll experience, people leadership, and SAP proficiency, with responsibilities spanning audits, GL feeds, and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience (salary runs, tax computation).
• Experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
• SAP experience as a working tool within payroll execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for team and customer issues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement with other leads.
• Drive initiatives and metrics to achieve contractual objectives and corporate goals.
• Participate in annual objective setting and strategic planning.
• Develop resources under your reporting line.
• Oversee pay to employees' bank accounts, payroll audits, GL feed, payroll reporting, and data distribution.
• Post payrun activities and gross-to-net calculations.
