Job summary

Ubiquity in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a Payroll Associate to uphold our Head, Heart, Hustle ethos by delivering accurate payroll services and employee support. You will handle end-to-end payroll, timekeeping consolidation, leaves tracking, and government remittance processes while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

You’ll work closely with HR and Finance to produce required reports, resolve payroll queries, and assist with special projects.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years payroll processing experience (BPO/Shared Services).
• Strong knowledge in manual tax calculations, overtime, night differential, and deductions.
• Extensive experience in BIR annualization.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll.
• Consolidate Timekeeping Reports from departments.
• Track employee leaves.
• Prepare 2316 and Final Pay for resignations.
• Prepare payroll reports, journal entries, and funding requirements.
• Investigate and resolve payroll queries and disputes.
• Prepare Alpha listing and liaise with the BIR.
• Attend inquiries of employees regarding payroll and benefits.
• Conduct payroll orientation for new hires.
• Assist with process improvements and special projects.
