• Investigate and resolve payroll-related inquiries, discrepancies, and transactional issues per procedures.
• Review, validate, and maintain payroll data to support data accuracy and compliance requirements.
• Assist in payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting to support regulatory requirements.
• Document and maintain payroll procedures, process documentation, and knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, vendors, and stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Support system, process, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance payroll operations.
• Utilize payroll systems and reporting tools to monitor transactions, analyze data, and support decision-making.
