Job summary

Sprout Solutions Philippines is seeking a Payroll Implementer to deploy Sprout Payroll, configuring the system, performing data migration, and delivering comprehensive client training. The role focuses on analyzing client processes, mapping requirements, and ensuring accurate payroll setup.

You will conduct payroll simulations, parallel runs, and variance analysis, support admin sessions, monitor project milestones, and propose improvements to internal processes and the product.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll (end-to-end).
• Experience in software implementation is a plus.
• Strong background in DOLE standards with regards to employee benefit and compensation.
• Proficient knowledge of timekeeping, payroll audit, and government mandatory deductions.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good grasp on Excel formulas and data validation.
• Preferably have basic knowledge on payroll software but not required.

The primary responsibility of an Payroll Implementer is to implement Sprout Products focusing on Sprout Payroll (Payroll Software), through system configuration, training and thorough analysis of processes.

TASKS

• Fulfill business process review and gathering data requirements
• Responsible for overall setup, configuration, data migration based on specifications of client
• Process payroll simulation, parallel runs & variance analysis
• Conduct admin training sessions with client
• Provide client support all throughout implementation period
• Ensure all project milestones and expectations included the proper monitoring of project man hours are achieved and roadblocks during the implementation period are addressed accordingly
• Execute experience based testing / user acceptance testing
• Propose ideas on how to improve internal process and company product
• Conduct paid training to clients
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company
