Job summary

Sprout Solutions Phils., Inc in Mandaluyong is seeking a Payroll Master to lead end-to-end payroll processing for our local clients, ensuring timely, accurate payroll execution and compliance with Philippine regulations.

You will develop payroll expertise, respond to inquiries, maintain documentation, and collaborate with client teams while adhering to both Sprout policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/HRM or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of working experience in payroll systems and administration.
• Experience in end-to-end local payroll processing and handling external clients (outsourcing services) is a plus.
• Demonstrable expertise in current industry accounting and HR technologies.
• Strong communication, sales and presentation skill with the ability to communicate technical knowledge across an audience of varying levels of understanding

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the client company complies accurately and timely to all reporting requirements of the management and regulatory authorities.
• Build strong relationships with the client’s personnel and management
• Follow faithfully the administrative policies of Sprout Solutions Phils., Inc and the policies of the client organization.
• Ensure that Sprout Solutions’ business is not compromised by your actions and unauthorized decisions

Main Area of Responsibility:

The Payroll Master is the Sprout Solutions industry expert for all payroll processes and industry best practice. The role is highly involved in delivering accurate, timely, and business critical timekeeping and payroll processes through Sprout’s technology solutions.

TASKS:

• Manage all assigned clients end to end payroll responsibilities
• Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in payroll systems and administration
• Experience in end-to-end local payroll processing and handling external clients (outsourcing services) is a plus
• Demonstrable expertise in current industry accounting and HR technologies
• Strong communication, sales and presentation skill with the ability to communicate technical knowledge across an audience of varying levels of understanding

Other details:

• This is a full-time employment opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement. The position requires reporting to the office in Mandaluyong City twice a week.
