Job summary

Nestlé Global is seeking an HRBS Analyst - Payroll Admin in the Philippines. You will act as SME for payroll processes, support market operations, and drive process improvements while maintaining data confidentiality.

You will coordinate system testing, deployments, and documentation, and train new hires. Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP HR/Payroll is preferred, with a focus on US Payroll and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HR/Payroll and/or SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of US Payroll processes and confidentiality.
• Ability to document processes and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for payroll processes and market knowledge.
• Coordinate system tests and deployment of updates.
• Prepare control reports and reconcile data.
• Conduct functional training for new hires and transfers.
