Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business field preferred.
• Analytical, organized and detail oriented.
• Experience with SAP HR Payroll or SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual compensation cycle processes and ensure adherence to global standards and timelines.
• Validate data and generate compensation statements and reports.
• Coordinate mass data uploads/changes in compensation forms and SAP/EC systems.
• Support payroll activation reconciliation and campaign monitoring across regions.
• Maintain rewards data in Employee Central and SAP, ensuring data quality.
