Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in a shared services organization preferred.
• At least two years SAP HR/Payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-cycle payroll activities including Kronos time management.
• Data entry for off-cycle payroll requests.
• Process payment replacements & reversals for escheatment.
• Validate bank reports and address data issues or anomalies.
• Corrections in absences & attendances.
• Mass updates in payroll records, recurring deductions/allowances, one-time payments/deductions, and absence quotas.
• Validate tax setup infotypes and end of employment.
• End of employment tasks until final pay is generated.
• Maintain data for payroll manual adjustments for year-end processing.
• Participate in payroll year-end activities.
• Perform end-to-end claims process with the PYA team.
