Job summary

Heidi in the Philippines is hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll delivery for Australia, coordinate UK and Singapore payroll with external providers, and liaise with an Employer of Record partner. You will work with the Global Payroll Lead to keep payroll operations accurate, compliant, and scalable as we grow.

This hands-on role blends technical payroll know-how with people skills, serving as a key contact for employees on pay matters within the Finance team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a payroll specialist or similar role.
• Working knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience processing payroll in Rippling and ESS systems.

Responsibilities

• Escalate non-compliance or risks to Global Payroll Lead.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure accurate historical filing.
• Support payroll transformation initiatives across AU, UK, SG and EOR- managed entities.
