Fresenius Medical Care is seeking Payroll professionals at multiple levels (Analyst to Supervisor) to support our global payroll operations. The role will handle end-to-end payroll processes across NA, APAC, EMEA, and ANZ, addressing timekeeping inquiries, deductions, and compensation changes.

The successful candidate will maintain payroll records, ensure accuracy in automated systems, and collaborate with third-party providers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process payroll functions in a timely and compliant manner.
• Review timecards and support payroll operations.
• Educate and assist employees with T&A system usage.
• Support initiatives for payroll simplification and standardization.
• Process direct deposits and special payments (bonuses, allowances).
• Review forms and letters for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with third-party payroll providers to resolve issues.

• Process garnishments and court orders as required.
• Prepare management reports from multiple data sources.

Job description

We are currently pooling for Payroll professionals to join our Payroll Department team for various levels (Analyst, Specialist, Senior Specialist and Supervisor and leadership positions) handling multiple locations (NA, APAC, EMEA and ANZ).

The Payroll role reviews and validates timekeeping records. This role responds to inquiries from employees regarding deductions, calculations, and changes in compensation. Prepares, compiles, and maintains various statistical and payroll records to ensure programmed calculations in automated systems accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete payroll functions in a timely manner & in full compliance with company policies & labor laws.
• Review timecards and support any other processes needed to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Educate, train and assist employees with T&A system.
• Support business-wide and payroll-specific initiatives around simplification and standardization.
• Key employee direct deposits and process special payments such as meal allowances, bonuses, merit increases, and cash advances.
• Reviews forms, templates and letters for compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with third party payroll providers to resolve payroll challenges.
• Review payroll registers for accuracy and completeness before payroll funding.
• Process garnishments and court orders which include child support, tax levies, student loans, and wage assignments.
• Manage multiple reports and provide to management as needed.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processes across various regions (NA, APAC, EMEA and ANZ)
• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree.
• Relevant payroll experience based on role level:
• Analyst: 0–2 years
• Specialist: 3–4 years
• Senior Specialist: 4–6 years
• Supervisor: 6+ years
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup at the BGC, Taguig site.
• Open to working morning, mid-shift, and night shift schedules.
