Candidates should have strong Excel macros and data analytics skills, plus excellent English communication. The role starts onsite in Cebu with a transition to hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll data analysis and reporting with accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills including macros, lookup, and pivots.
• Solid written and spoken English for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll data accuracy end-to-end and build dashboards.
• Automate repetitive tasks with Excel macros and scripts.
• Reconcile hours, deductions, taxes, and benefits for payrolls.
• Create reports for management and forecast staffing needs.
