Relay Human Cloud is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team and support an international client. You will manage payroll for approximately 1,000 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has strong payroll processing experience, solid Excel skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. This role offers a dynamic, global environment with opportunities for process improvements and collaboration with HR and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and administration, ideally for 500+ employees.
• Strong understanding of payroll calculations, timekeeping, deductions, and payroll reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using payroll systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting strict payroll deadlines.
• Willing to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (Philippine night shift).
