Job summary

evoke is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations & Payroll Specialist in Manila to own end-to-end payroll and support HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will ensure compliance, accurate payroll, benefits administration, and timely data updates in the HRIS.

The role requires 3–5 years in payroll or HR operations, with strong analytical skills and a customer-service mindset. Hybrid work, 30 days leave, healthcare, and diverse benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Payroll Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Operations.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, taxes, and government contributions.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and employee data management.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Administer employee benefits, government-mandated contributions, and payroll-related transactions.
• Maintain employee records and data integrity within the HRIS.
• Support onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide first-line support for payroll, benefits, HRIS, and HR administration matters.
• Manage People Operations tickets and service requests within established service levels.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, audits, and compliance-related documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders to ensure smooth People Operations service delivery.
