Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on payroll experience.
• Must have experience handling end-to-end payroll.
• Payroll system experience is required.
• Knowledge of Philippine statutory benefits and government contributions.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing.
• Validate attendance, overtime, undertime, absences, and leaves.
• Process salaries, deductions, adjustments, and other payroll-related items.
• Handle SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage employee benefits and related concerns.
• Maintain and update accurate and confidential employee files and records.
• Prepare payroll reports and conduct payroll reconciliation.
• Operate and maintain the company's payroll system.
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance regarding payroll processing.
• Address employee concerns regarding salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records and HR-related documents.
