Job summary

Temps and Staffers, Inc. (TSI) is seeking a meticulous HR Payroll Staff to support end-to-end payroll operations and employee benefits administration in the Philippines. You will gain exposure to statutory compliance and welfare programs while working in a structured HR environment.

The role involves processing monthly payroll, reviewing time records, managing SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG contributions, and generating payroll reports. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field; Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related courses preferred.
• Experience in payroll and benefits administration is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience using HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and other pay entries with accuracy.
• Review daily time records and resolve attendance/payroll discrepancies.
• Process and monitor statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Prepare payroll and headcount reports, leave balance monitoring.
• Maintain payroll records, documentation, and manuals.
• Assist in benefits administration (HMO, insurance, annual exams, awards, allowances).
• Support audits and other HR administrative functions.
