Job summary

San Miguel Equity Investments, Inc. (SMEII) is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee payroll, benefits, and employee data across the organization. The role supports the wider San Miguel Corporation group by ensuring fair compensation practices and timely enrollment in health plans and retirement benefits.

The incumbent will handle employee inquiries, maintain accurate HRIS data, and ensure compliance with local labor laws while collaborating with different management levels across the business.

Qualifications

• BS Psychology or HR-related degree and relevant certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience handling payroll, perks, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll & salaries, researching market pay and setting salary ranges.
• Administer perks & insurance, including open enrollment.
• Respond to employee queries on payroll, benefits, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws in pay practices and benefits.
• Maintain HR system data: compensation, job titles, and health records.
