Familiar with SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors, you will drive HR technology initiatives and communicate effectively to stakeholders while delivering analytical insights and creative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years in payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, and policy making in a unionized environment.
• Familiar with SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors (SF); interest in HR technology and systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong creative and analytical abilities.
