Job summary

Easy Foods International Corporation in Quezon City is seeking an HR Generalist to manage compensation, benefits, payroll concerns, attendance, and leave records.

You will process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), address employee inquiries, support employee relations, and ensure policy communication. Maintain confidential HR records and prepare reports on compensation and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer employee compensation, benefits, payroll-related concerns, attendance, and leave records.
• Process and monitor government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other employee benefits.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding salary, benefits, policies, attendance, and workplace matters.
• Assist in handling employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.
• Ensure proper implementation and communication of company HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports related to compensation, benefits, attendance, and employee relations.
• Coordinate with government agencies, third-party providers, and internal departments when necessary.
• Assist in HR investigations, employee meetings, and documentation of employee-related cases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Support other HR activities and projects as assigned.
