Job summary

Lead Logistics Innovations, Inc. is seeking an HR & Admin Specialist in Metro Manila who will oversee payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Sprout Payroll and a solid understanding of Philippine payroll laws and regulatory requirements. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain confidential employee records, and serve as a trusted advisor on workplace policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, psychology, accounting, or related field.
• At least 2 years of progressive HR experience.
• Hands-on experience with Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll processes and statutory requirements.
• Experience with Sprout Payroll is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance, schedules, leaves, overtime, and HR data in HRIS.
• Manage Sprout Payroll System, payroll configurations, and HR records.
• Process monthly payroll including salaries, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and government contributions.
• Validate payroll inputs, calculations, and generate payroll reports.
• Prepare bank payroll disbursement files and related documents.
• Administer 13th-month pay, benefits, and government contributions.
• Serve as primary HR contact for employees on policies and concerns.
• Maintain confidential 201 files and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Prepare BIR Form 2316 and other tax-related reports.
