Job summary

Conti's Specialty Foods, Inc is seeking a Payroll Administrator in Taguig to manage employee compensation and records. The role requires a bachelor's degree and knowledge of DOLE and BIR regulations, with at least six months of relevant experience.

You will ensure confidentiality, timeliness, and accuracy of a range of payroll deliverables, maintain salary cards, and prepare payroll reports for SBO and other payouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of DOLE and BIR Payment Regulations on compensation.
• At least more than six (6) months of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all deliverables are kept confidential.
• Maintains timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all deliverables.
• Keeps active collaboration with internal and external customers.
• Prepare payroll report for SBO and other out of cycle employee payouts.
• Maintains and updates Employees Salary card.
• Calculates 13th Month Pay per regulatory guidance.
• Process Employees Final Pay while ensuring compliance with laws.
• Safeguards hard copy documents and archives files.
• Process correct payments, reports and returns to government bodies (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
• Take on additional duties as required.
• Can start ASAP and be assigned to FTI Arca South, Taguig

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a similar field.

• Knowledge with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Payment Regulations on Compensations

• At least more than six (6) months of relevant experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures that all deliverables are kept confidential.

• Maintains timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all deliverables.

• Keeps active collaboration with internal and external customers.

• Prepare payroll report for SBO and other out of cycle employee payouts

• Maintains and updates Employees Salary card.

• Calculates 13th Month Pay after consolidating all the basic earnings of employees and in compliance to the mandated calculation by the regulatory body/ies.

• Process Employees Final Pay based on business needs and in consideration of the company's best interest without compromising compliance to the laws of the land.

• Safeguards any hard copy documents received or processed in support to pay-out or reporting requirement. This includes systematic in-house filing of active files and archiving of inactive files in outsourced storage.

• Process correct payments, reports and returns are made to government bodies such as SSS, Pag-ibig, and PhilHealth.

• Performance tasks and assignments required from time to time.

• Can start ASAP and willing to be assigned in FTI Arca South, Taguig
