Job Description
Prepare timesheets and ensure accurate payroll reports are promptly generated.
Manage the complete payroll process, including release of bonuses and incentives, and the timely issuance of final pay.
Generate and distribute payslips in a timely manner.
Ensure all payroll processes and practices comply with Philippine labor laws and tax regulations.
Reconcile payroll reports with Finance.
Manage statutory contributions and prepare and submit payroll related government reports, including SSS, Alphalist, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HDMF, and BIR.
Assist in the accurate and timely filing of all BIR forms (1601-C, 2316, 1604-CF), ensuring 100% compliance, completeness, and proper manual or electronic submission.
Generate payroll related reports, such as summaries, tax reports detailed breakdowns, for internal use or audit purposes.
Assist employees with loans and maximize utilization of government benefits.
Ensure compensation and benefits practices align with current labor laws and regulations.
Provide guidance to the HR Department and Operation on compensation and benefits matters.
Address and resolve employee inquiries or complaints related to payroll and benefits accurately and promptly.
Assist in the processing and facilitation of payments to third party vendors and suppliers.
Maintain accurate and secure employee attendance sheets, payroll records, and payroll documentation.
Create and manage accurate reports on payroll expenses, benefits, and deductions for upper management.
Ensure proper documentation of all payments and expenses for audit purposes.
Assist in year end reporting and the issuance of annual tax forms in collaboration with payroll providers.
Provide support in processing invoices and payroll for consultants.
Regularly attend monthly management budget meetings to provide necessary input and updates.
Perform additional duties as required by the company or immediate superior.
Consistently demonstrate full commitment to assigned functions, responsibilities, and duties.
Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives.
