Job summary

Finastra is seeking a Technical Engineer, Customer Support in Manila to ensure stability and performance of hosted payments solutions for financial institutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, resolving complex production issues and coordinating with product, engineering, and operations teams.

The role emphasizes incident management, live go-live support, and continuous service improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or similar role.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, operations, and lifecycle management.
• Experience handling incidents and customer escalations in hosted/managed services.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced application and production support for hosted Payments solutions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Lead technical triage for Sev1 and Sev2 incidents and drive root cause analysis.
