Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Back Office Representative in Quezon City, Philippines to handle casework, update cardholder and corporate records, and identify potential fraud or chargebacks. The successful candidate will work on-site at Vertis North and may use case management or banking systems to process inquiries and updates in compliance with client policies.

Qualifications

• College graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience in credit, banking, or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling account-related tasks.
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City; amenable to shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in back office operations within banking or financial services is a bonus.
• Familiarity with fraud, chargebacks, or credit-related processes.
• Experience using case management or banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Case handling: research and respond to account inquiries across channels with accuracy and compliance.
• Account management: review, update, and document cardholder and corporate account information.
• Risk identification: detect potential fraud, credit, or chargeback issues and escalate appropriately.
• Picks up, reviews, sorts, digitally scans, and distributes mail for appropriate action.
• Assists with scheduling personnel/resources and prioritizing jobs to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Ensure conformity to client standards/policies and regulations to avoid violations.
