Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a technical role with card payment processing experience.
• 2 years diagnosing complex issues across applications, data, and networks.
• 1 year in connectivity protocols (MPLS, VPN, TCP/IP, SFTP, HTTPS).
• Ability to read and apply technical product specifications.
• Strong focus on accuracy, quality control, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for client implementations of mid-sized merchants.
• Advise on connectivity options, protocols, and product functionality.
• Lead integration testing to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Analyze data from test environments and communicate results to clients.
• Diagnose issues and coordinate fixes with clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage technical conversions from current processing to firm-supported platforms.
• Mentor analysts and share knowledge across integration teams.
• Collaborate with sales and subject matter experts on advanced technical calls.
• Support complex integrations including EMV certification activities.
