Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Financial/Banking Operations or similar processing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive problem solving with ownership of tasks and escalation when needed.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and support resolution.
• Client focus with commitment to accurate, timely service.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to learn payment products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day payment processing activities with accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Process and verify transactions per documented policies and controls.
• Monitor exceptions and support timely resolution.
• Escalate issues per established procedures and escalate as required.
• Respond to operational queries professionally; seek guidance when needed.
• Maintain accuracy and adherence to SOPs and controls.
• Collaborate with team and other operations locations to support service delivery.
• Identify process improvements to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and MIS when required.
• Participate in training to build process knowledge and product understanding.
