Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking a Payment Lifecycle Analyst to lead a team responsible for processing payment investigations and ensuring timely resolutions. You will supervise shift delivery, monitor exceptions, and drive improvements in how work gets done to meet client expectations.

You will coordinate with partner operations sites, provide leadership for 8–10 staff, and contribute to performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across the Payments Investigations

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.
• 4 years in financial operations with team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of international payment processing operations and SWIFT/ISO formats.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Proactive problem solving with ownership and escalation.
• Experience partnering with controls and training stakeholders.
• Proficient in data tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift delivery to meet service standards and on-time completion.
• Monitor exceptions and drive timely resolution through follow-up.
• Track procedure changes and ensure team updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and implement changes.
• Assess training needs and coordinate with the team lead.
• Build relationships with partner sites and stakeholders for smooth execution.
