Responsibilities

• Manage alert transactions in the PSP system.
• Issue refunds for transactions requiring refunds.
• Cancel active subscriptions.
• Document chargebacks, unlocated transactions, declines, cancellations, and merchant refunds on the alert sheet.
• Engage with merchants to enroll them, resolve issues, and provide updates for reporting.
• Suggest improvements to streamline the alert management process.
