Job summary

Chargeflow in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Alerts Analyst to manage transaction alerts, process refunds, and cancel subscriptions within a fast-paced PSP environment. You will document transactions, communicate with merchants, and suggest process improvements while maintaining high accuracy.

Responsibilities include documenting chargebacks and declines, engaging with merchants for updates, and contributing ideas to streamline operations in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience with chargebacks is essential.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid analytical abilities for transaction issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.

• Own a reliable PC and internet with backup solutions.
• Familiarity with payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Shopify) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Efficiently locate and address alert transactions in the PSP system.
• Refund Processing: Issue refunds for transactions identified as requiring refunds.
• Subscription Management: Cancel active subscriptions associated with these transactions.
• Documentation: Accurately document transactions involving chargebacks, unlocated transactions, declines, cancellations, and merchant‑initiated refunds on the alert credit sheet.
• Merchant Communication: Engage with merchants as needed to enroll them in the service, resolve issues, and provide updates for reporting purposes.
• Process Improvement: Offer suggestions and innovative ideas to enhance and streamline the alert management process.
